Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on the order value:
- Order Value ₹0 – ₹499: ₹79 Shipping Charges (Prepaid only)
- Order Value ₹500 – ₹699: ₹59 Shipping Charges (Prepaid only)
- Order Value ₹700 – ₹2500: Free Shipping (Prepaid) | ₹59 additional charge for Cash on Delivery (COD).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for orders above ₹699
- COD orders include an additional ₹59 handling fee
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner.
Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped. If you face any issues with delivery, our customer support team is always available to assist you with the best possible solution.
Return, Refund & Replacement Policy – Pan Aromas
At Pan Aromas, we take great care in packaging every order. Due to the nature of home fragrance products, we generally do not accept returns.
However, if you face an issue with your order, we are happy to assist.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Leaking
- Incorrect item delivered
Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly share:
- Order ID
- Photos or a video of the issue
- Brief description of the concern
Replacement / Refund
After verifying the issue, we will offer either:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Refund to the original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Eligible Cases
We may not be able to process returns/refunds in the following situations:
- Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Product used or tampered with
- Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
